		<description>I do not understand the completely unfair standard put upon same sex marriages.  It is almost as though they have to be a better married couple than a straight married couple and when things don't work out they have to fight again to get the divorce.  As is the fight for the marriage was not enough.  I just read an article about this case on the website I work for, www.firstwivesworld.com.  It is an online community for women navigating throuhg the various stages of divorce.  It is interesting to hear a straight divorced woman's perspective on this topic.
