<description>Technology is great (hence why the E-ZPass can bust people) but if you think for a second that any of your personal stuff is private - think again. So no matter what you are doing - someone, somewhere at some company has a record of it.

Did you know that your employer has the legal right to view your email? Did you also know that they can - and do - view your online activity including web mail (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, aol)? Did you know that they have a record of everything? And the best part….wait for it…a divorce lawyer can subpoena the whole enchilada!

Also - cell phone calls — the actual calls, the to and from numbers and the text messages — guess what? Yep - you got it — the cell phone company keeps all of that information and yep — you’re on a roll - a divorce lawyer can subpoena that stuff. All to be used against the cheating spouse in a court of law.

A cheating heart is always caught.

Food for thought…
