I paid $40,000 to my divorce attorney to lose EVERYTHING I had ever owned in my 48 years on the planet for a 2.75 year marriage and 15 year relationship. My ex-husband has a 30-year documented history of drugs and violence towards women with 7 restraining orders (from myself and previous 2 wives) in the SAME courthouse in Orange County, CA. I did EVERYTHING the way the Domestic Violence "system" required, but feel more abused by the legal system--Domestic Violence "specialist" attorney and counselor--because they rewarded my "then" husband for his fraud, violence and drug use. He beat the crap out of me and was awarded my "nest". Is there anyone out there that wants to see how "protected" a mom who saves her child from exposure to violence really is?? I can guarantee you you would be appalled by my experiences!!! My restraining order is up for renewal and today I discovered that the courts mailed my designated PRIVATE and CONFIDENTIAL address to him "accidently" for a court date next month---TOTALLY ENDANGERING my life ONCE AGAIN. I WOULD LOVE ANY COMMENTS. If there is ANYONE out there that wants a PERFECT case study of the state of INJUSTICE currently available for good women who do what society claims to value SO DEEPLY--saving children from violence--I BEG you to DARE to look at the documented history of my lack of domestic violence protection in California. ( You would NEVER believe the conditions my infant daughter and I endured in the domestic shelter system-ie: no heat or hot water for example. Some human rights advocate PLEASE write and tell me where i can get help. I'm new to the blog concept--this is my 1st-- so I don't know how you are allowed to contact people.
